Sean is a doctoral student in the International Education Policy program at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ of Maryland, College Park. Originally from Taiwan, he received his BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ in Taiwan and his M.Ed in higher education from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to his doctoral study, he worked in language test development and research and has interned with Fulbright Taiwan.
