Sivan is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology, under her advisor Dr. Geetha Ramani. Before coming to the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ of Maryland in 2023, Sivan earned her BPhil in Psychology from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ of Pittsburgh. Her current research focuses on how the family math context and home environment influences how children think and feel about math.
